Product introduction

SH8519 and SH8520 are bundle materials obtained by mixing, plasticizing and granulating with polyolefin as base material, conductive carbon black, flame retardant and other special additives. Excellent flame retardancy is outstanding. It is a kind of pipeline and cable material which has attracted much attention in coal mine safety inspection.

Processing Guidelines

The optimum extrusion effect can be obtained by ordinary PE/PVC screw. The drawing ratio of die should not be too large during extrusion. The internal stress of bundle tube can be reduced as much as possible by cooling in warm-cold water section.

Recommended processing temperature:

The melt temperature is controlled between 160 and 170 degrees Celsius.

If the material is stored in humid environment for a long time, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 100 C and the drying time is 1 - 2 hours.

Storage and Packaging

It should be kept in a dry and ventilated warehouse.

Paper-plastic composite bags can also be packed according to user's requirements.
