Product introduction
SH8512 is a thermoplastic low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable material with excellent flame retardant and cracking resistance. It is mainly used in power cables, control cables, signal cables, marine cables, indoor and outdoor optical cables, integrated cabling and so on.
SH8512 meets the requirements of JB/T 10707-2007, YD/T 1113-2001, GB/T 1966-2005, IEC 60092, SHFI and other product standards. It also meets the requirements of RoHS and REACH. It is a green and environmental resistant fuel.

Processing Guidelines
The best extrusion effect can be obtained by using 1:1.2 low compression ratio screw. PE/PVC screw extrusion can also be used.
Recommended processing temperature:

The melt temperature should be controlled between 160 and 175 degrees C, and the maximum should not exceed 180 degrees C.
If the material is stored in humid environment for a long time, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 80 C and the drying time is 1-2 hours.
Storage and Packaging
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
The products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags or 500kg container bags. It can also be packed according to user's requirements.
