Product introduction
SH8511 is a kind of flame retardant cable material, which is made of HDPE as the main resin and added with environment-friendly halogen flame retardant. It has high flame retardant efficiency, good self-extinguishing property, excellent cracking resistance and excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for protecting indoor and outdoor optical cables, power cables, control cables and other outer sheaths. It is also suitable for weatherproof insulation of low-voltage cables and cables.
SH8511 meets the requirements of RoHS and REACH and is a green flame retardant material.

Processing Guide
Good extrusion effect can be obtained by using ordinary PE screw with a length-diameter ratio of 25:1. The drawing ratio of the die should not be too large during extrusion. The warm water-cold water cooling is adopted to minimize the internal stress of the sheath.

The melt temperature is controlled between 170 and 185 ℃.
Storage and Packaging
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
The products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags or 500kg container bags. It can also be packed according to user's requirements.
