Product introduction
NDPE and NDJ-PE are special sheaths for ADSS optical cables laid synchronously for high voltage power transmission lines. They have excellent electrical trace resistance, weatherability and mechanical properties. They are suitable for ADSS optical cable sheaths laid in high voltage electric field.
NDPE and NDJ-PE meet the requirements of IA 4.5 and IA 3.5 in GB6553-86 (equivalent to IEC 60587), and the resistance of NDPE and NDJ-PE meets the requirements of DL/T 788-2001 B.

Processing Guidelines
PE screw extruder with length-diameter ratio of 25:1 and compression ratio of 3.0 can obtain good extrusion performance. Extrusion die drawing ratio should not be too large. Warm-cold water section cooling is adopted to minimize the internal stress of sheath.

The melt temperature is controlled between 190 and 200 degrees Celsius.
If the material is stored in humid environment, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 80 C and the drying time is 1 - 2 hours.
Storage and Packaging
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
The product is packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bag.
It can also be packed according to user's requirements.
