Product introduction
SH8509-125 is a kind of irradiated cross-linking halogen-free low smoke polyolefin cable material. It is mainly used in power cables, control cables, signal cables and so on. Its long-term service temperature is 125℃.
SH8509-125 meets the requirements of GB/T 19666-2005, IEC60092, SHF2 and RoHS and REACH. It is a green flame retardant material.

Processing Guidelines
The best extrusion effect can be obtained by using 1:1.2 low compression ratio screw. PE/PVC screw extrusion can also be used.
Recommended processing temperature:

The melt temperature should be controlled between 160 and 175 degrees C, and the maximum should not exceed 180 degrees C.
If the material is stored in humid environment for a long time, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 80 C and the drying time is 1-2 hours.
Usually, the measurement of irradiation processing should be controlled at 8-15 Mrad, but ultimately the thermal extension should be taken as the criterion. The optimal control of thermal extension is 50-80%. If oil resistance is required, the thermal extension should be controlled at 20-30%.
Storage and Packaging
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
The products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags or 500kg container bags.
It can also be packed according to user's requirements.
