It can be used in power cables, control cables, marine cables and optical fibers which require high cracking performance.


Product introduction

SH8507 is a thermoplastic low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin sheath material with excellent cracking resistance. It is mainly used in power cables, control cables, signal cables, marine cables and indoor and outdoor optical fibers where special requirements are required for cracking resistance.

Processing Guidelines

The best extrusion effect can be obtained by using 1:1.2 low compression ratio screw and PVC/PE screw.

Recommended processing temperature:

The melt temperature should be controlled between 160 and 175 degrees C, and the maximum should not exceed 180 degrees C.

If the material is stored in humid environment for a long time, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 80 C and the drying time is 1-2 hours.

Storage and Packaging

It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags or 500kg container bags. They can also be packed according to user's requirements.
