Product introduction

This product is a conductive plastic made from polyvinyl chloride as resin, superconductive carbon black added, modified by toughening technology, mixed, plasticized and granulated by special manufacturing process. The physical properties and technological extrusion characteristics of this product refer to the standard of PVC sheath. Especially the thin-walled double-layer co-extrusion surface is smooth and round, and it can not bond closely with the PVC-based insulation layer without interfacial reaction, which is conducive to maintaining long-term stability and reliability of electrical properties, and is an ideal substitute for graphite.

Processing Guidelines

Thin-walled double-layer co-extrusion (conductive plastic single screw extrusion), it is recommended to place a filter screen 60 yards a layer. The drying temperature is about 80 C and the drying time is 1 - 2 hours.

The melt temperature is controlled between 150 and 170 C.

Storage and Packaging

It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags or 500kg container bags. They can also be packed according to user's requirements.
