Product introduction
SH8516 is a kind of polyether environmental friendly flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer cable material. It is suitable for power cables, control cables, automobile cables, exploration cables, marine cables and special purpose cables with requirements of softness, wear resistance, torsion resistance and oil resistance.
SH8516 meets the requirements of RoHS and REACH and is a green flame retardant material.

Processing Guidelines
PE/PVC screw extrusion with length-diameter ratio of 25:1 and compression ratio of 2.5 can obtain the best extrusion effect. The drawing ratio of the die should not be too large during extrusion. The warm water-cold water cooling is adopted to minimize the internal stress of the sheath.

The melt temperature is controlled between 160 and 180 degrees Celsius.
If the material is stored in humid environment for a long time, drying treatment is recommended. The drying temperature is 100 C and the drying time is 1 - 2 hours.
Storage and Packaging
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
The product is packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bag.
It can also be packed according to user's requirements.
